It snowed last night, the kind of wet snow that sticks to every branch. This morning, - even before coffee - I set out in the car with my camera. In Syracuse, New York we have a gorgeous rose garden in Thornden Park called the EM Mills Memorial Rose Garden. Dr. EM Mills had been the president of the Syracuse Rose Society and the American Rose Society. When the city purchased Thornden Park, Dr. Mills had been very ill. We are so fortunate here in Central New York state to be surrounded by nature. In my hometown of Cazenovia, we have a system of well-maintained hiking trails which are beautiful in all seasons.
