THE STORY BEHIND THE ART

My black and white Nubble Light print features the lighthouse in York, Maine. The lighthouse is presented as it might be seen if fully illuminated at night, while retaining the stars in the black sky.

Since my youth, I have been fascinated by the night sky. I spent many peaceful nights in my back yard in the country with chirping crickets and my telescope. My hope is that this image allows the viewer a moment of quiet contemplation.

Unmatted and unframed. Printed with pigment inks on matte paper, the image extends to the edge. It will be signed and numbered ON THE BACK with archival ink, and you will receive a certificate of authenticity.

Shipping is free to the continental United States. I will send you an email with a tracking number when your large abstract Cape Cod seascape is on the way.

Prices may increase as editions sell. It will ship in a rigid tube.
