Tragopogon Gone to Seed

$35.00$300.00

Choose between an unframed print or a ready-to-hang canvas gallery wrap.

Description

This plant is often mistaken for a giant dandelion, but is actually wild salsify, a species of Tragopogon. I photographed it in an Upstate New York field in early August. Rather than pure black and white, this image has more of a warm, sepia – like quality with tones ranging from pale, soft taupe and gray to rich, deep brown and black.

UNFRAMED PRINTS: Will be printed-to-order on luster paper to be enjoyed for generations. You will receive them unmatted, and unframed, however, I offer my photography in standard sizes. Take a look at craft stores, online, or better still, support your local frame shop.

CANVAS WRAPS (U.S. ONLY): No need to mat and frame, gallery wraps arrive at your doorstep ready to hang and enjoy! Your artwork is made to order in my favorite professional lab. The image is printed onto pH neutral, archival grade, poly-cotton blend, acid-free canvas using archival inks. The canvas is then wrapped around 1 1/2″ kiln-dried solid pine stretcher bars. The back is affixed with hanging hardware.

Please choose which SIZE and PRODUCT (print or canvas) from drop-down menus.
